Retrieved from Saturday 7 December you are welcome to attend the open house of the HFL Experience Center in Waalwijk, from 10:00 - 13:00.
During this day, we offer you the opportunity to come and have a look at our beautiful location and get to know what we have to offer.
The HFL Experience Centre is all about knowledge sharing, the key to success. Our slogan, "Where brainpower meets practice", perfectly sums up what we stand for: a unique combination of theoretical knowledge and practical applications. What you learn with us, you can immediately put into practice.

Lecture on the natural nail, learn to understand how the nail functions and what the right preparation is, without causing damage.

How to repair a split/tear in the nail, make a bridge or extend a corner of it with silk so that it can grow out (i.c.w. IBX). Silk repair is a beautiful and still fairly unknown technique in the pedicure industry.

After your exam, you will receive a trade diploma, recognised by ProVoet. With this diploma, you can progress to the medical pedicure course.

You get to deal with clavi a lot in your pedicure practice. However, one clavus is definitely not the other. We distinguish several types of clavi including the clavus durus, the clavus interdigitalis and the seed lick (clavus miliare). Each type of clavus requires a specific approach.
We also go into is it now a clavi or a wart.
We practice with the trepan and fissure on a dummy (these cutters are available with us).
You will learn how to remove clavi during the course. However, the question is whether you will face all types of clavi in the classroom. In addition, you have yet to build up experience in handling clavi properly. Only during treatment in your (solo) practice do practical questions arise.
This Corns workshop will definitely give you tools in learning how to remove various clavi properly.

After attending this training, you will also be able to offer IBX™ treatments in your salon. During the IBX™ training course, the system will be explained in detail and the various treatment options with the IBX™ system will be explained.

CT International was the first in the Netherlands to develop a specific study day to guide professional pedicures through the collection of pedicure routers. During pedicure courses, only a limited number of routers are used and after that they are on their own. By using specific cutters, various tasks can be done more efficiently and faster. This study day is a must for both beginners and experienced pedicurists. Due to the enormous amount of information we have gathered ourselves over the past few years, this study day consists of a full teaching day.
Due to the huge need for physical education, we have developed a way to safely and properly follow the milling workshop. We do this using a large TV screen in the classroom. The images through the camera are displayed on it. This makes it even easier to follow our practical teacher Margret's explanations.
